What criteria does LLPM use to qualify a new tenant?

LLPM defines a strong, qualified tenant as an individual who can present three or more years of financial documentation (such as tax returns, profit and loss statements, bank deposits, etc.) demonstrating their ability to afford the full duration and rental rate of the lease.
